Food Porn – Episode #1 – Marinara

OMG!! My first video! Do you know how to chiffonade? If not watch this! We cover the recipe for marinara sauce, chiffonading (is that a word??!) plus some plating techniques. Extra huge props to my friend, Scott Spaur, who is an amazing editor and producer! We had a blast doing this and hope you all find this fun and useful.

P.S. – How many times can I say ‘Spectacular’ in a 7 minute video? I dunno. How many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie roll pop? The world may never know.

    • I was so nervous about the white shirt! I was sure I’d have sauce all over it. The first time we shot this I was wearing black but it looked to dark…plus my friend has his finger on the mic half the time ;) Thanks so much for checking this out!

  2. I have been good. I have been busy teaching at school and have not had a chance to post very many recipes. I can’t wait to see your next video. I will let you know what I think after I watch it!
